Arts festivals
We create art installations and performance spaces, centered on the Cosmic Zome, at arts festivals like Flipside, Engulf, and Love Burn.
Our mission
Cosmic Creatures Collective is dedicated to the advancement of education and the promotion and development of visual and performing arts.
Cosmic Creatures is open to anyone who wants to join — an inclusive, fun-loving group rooted in Texas (with friends from all over the galaxy) that brings participatory art and amazing music to each arts festival and public event we take part in. Our goal is to create a safe space for self expression, welcoming playful and creative souls from all walks of life. We are socially inclusive and value authenticity, respect, consent, and love for all.
What we do
Tree Burn
Our annual Tree Burn celebration fuses family-friendliness with participatory community art: a ceremonial tree burn, vibrant music, activities for all ages, and food.
Arts & education
Our nonprofit mission: the advancement of education and the visual and performing arts.
Camp life
Programs & impact
Our programs are the art installations and performance spaces we bring to arts festivals, our annual Tree Burn, art grants for community art projects, and dues scholarships.
Get involved
Want to build art with us? There are no spectators here. Whether you build, perform, cook, or just bring good energy, there’s a role for you. Everyone is invited to work, and everyone is invited to play.
